what is the best heatsink fan for a I am setting up a system with a 1 gig thunderbird & kt7a mobo

I have heard people pan the silver orb...which cooler is best and doesnt sound
like an army is coming through your apartment?

some like the Taisol CEK733092, or is the globalwin32 any good?
I would like good cooling but relative quite.

Do yourself & your CPU a favor...Use the Alpha PEP66.
(Relocate the fan & housing to sit on top of the Heatsync.)
