I use in-ears on my road bike, when not riding on the road (but cycling lanes and the like).
Previously I used hooked (Sony's mostly, for the comfort) ear buds. Those will stay on. Not sure how well they work in a combination with helmet and glasses though.

Finally, a buddy of mine has transformed an old bottle into a mini boom box, and simply puts that into the bottle holder. This has the advantage, that you don't lose as much awareness.

The wife bought me the bose sport whatever buds for Christmas. Form fitting, hold well. And there's a clip on the cord.

I don't like them because they take more power to drive them than my cheap skull candies with my cheap sansa clips. And they don't block outside noise like the in-the-ear buds. Neither of these may be a problem for you depending on what you're driving them with and I would want to be able to hear outside noises while riding.

I use some old Sony Sports headphones (MDR-J11G) that hook around the ear. They were under $20 years ago. They are water resist and sweat resist. Rinse them off and shake off the excess water after a ride. They fit fine under helmet and glasses. They aren't too tight into the ear, so you can still hear stuff around you. You can probably find something similar. Avoid headphones with foam or rubber pieces that can fall off.

Someone at work has those and showed me how they lock into one's ear. Those things don't budge.

No just to find the lesser priced equivalent. Sennheiser has some that are designed like that.

These lock in the same way as the Bose:
