:frown: i was all set to purchase the Dell 2405FPW, but not sure what to do now after reading this article: http://arstechnica.com/articles/paedia/hardware/hdcp-vista.ars

Dell has a HDCP LCD TV: W2600 which is 26", but the native resolution is only 1280 x 768. Contrast is 500:1.

:disgust: i don't know what to do now.

Anyone been looking into this type of LCD that could give me a suggestion would be greatly appreciated.

As far as I know, there are no monitors currently supporting HDCP. This very issue is causing quite an uproar. I'll post some good linkage when I find them again.

best I have seen is a 37inch 1080p screen for around 1800 (westinghouse I think), though I just went with the dell as 37inches is to big for 1080p and a pc screen, though it would make a nice tv) Also at that size you need to sit pretty far back and have a massive desk.
