I never understood what is hard about making secure passwords. Here is my handy dandy guide that many people have confessed to useing after I made it apparent how easy it is.

Ok take a sentence about something that is true in your life. Try to use a number.

For instance:

I went to Hawaii in 2003 and learned to surf.

Ok - take the 1st letter from each word, and use each number fully.

So:
iwthi2003alts

instant secure password.
