Also, if I am to overclock the processors, is there a device that will allow non overclocking boards to overclock (like the "Go1dfinger" device)?

You're out of luck, there aren't any dual T-bird mb's yet. There wont' be any until probably 4Q 2000.

I think the first chipset up to bat is AMD's 760MP, hopefully as early as September.

I'm hoping to match one of them up with the foloowing components. :)

The 760mp (and 760 for that matter) are supposed to ship at about the same time as the mustang derivatives of the Athlon.....
