what is the best driver for a 4200 that includes refresh rate locks?

currently using 44.03s and they dont have the refresh locks like the later drivers do and the refresh rate utitlities that are 3rd party does not allow BFV to launch. which drivers are the most optomized and produce the best IQ for the 4x00 that have a built in refresh rate lock?

There's a fix at Tweaktown somewhere in a guide for BF, there's an .ini setting you need to change to make it work with forced refresh rates, that's your problem. There's a link to it in another thread, not sure which one.

You can also try Riva Tuner if you like.
