What is the best CPU Heatsink/Fan for Abit Kt7a Raid ( A quiet one pls)

I want to buy a heatsink fan for KT7a Raid. I am looking for a quiet one, please help! Thanks a lot!!

I have a thermaltake super-orb which isn't too bad noise wise. I don't really recomend it though, it's quite big and shoddily put together.
I've heard good reports about the globalWIN FOP38 but I understand it's a bit loud(not to mention slightly expensive).

The Super Orb is actually quite loud. I have a FOP38 and it is LOUD!! It doesn't bother me too much. An alternative is the FOP32-1.

Actually, come to think of it, the FOP32 is the only alternative!
