what is the best core for A64 3000+ 754

I'm planning on upgrading to an A64 and I would like to know what core is the best for the 3000+ Socket 754 with regards to overclocking?

Sorry, I'm not interested in any 939 pci-e based mobo's.
I'm just interested in finding out what core of the 3000+ 754 overclocks the best, thats all

Here is how it is. Venice overclocks better than Newcastle, which overclocks better than Clawhammer. If possible, get a Venice core.

Venice will probably overclock a tad more (100MHz). Expect to see between 2.3 to 2.5GHz core speed will most chips. Personally, I would go with the cheapest CPU. you're not going to notice a difference between 2.4 and 2.5GHz.
