Hello Everyone.
I just have two questions?

1) What is the best cooler, rather quiet, cooler for the P4 1.8A northwood within the price range of $35?

2) What is the best cooler for the same chip above without having to go through 4 holes on the board, within the price range of $35 shipped?
By the way, I do overclock.

Please give some numbers or reasonings, and I would much appreciated for the best and cheapest place to buy it from.
