Just get a mobo with the features you want on it.

Do you need firewire included on the mobo?
Do you need extra-super sound included on mobo?
How many PCI/RAM/USB slots/ports do you want?

Then, go from there and lookie at some reviews

Go with an Nforce2 Ultra 400. You can run it in dual channel and it supports FSB 400. Take a look at the Asus A7N8X. It comes in regular and deluxe versions depending on what features you need and both are very stable boards.
