PAL-NTSC is at least $250

What is the best way to convert video tapes from PAL to NTSC?

I haven't got a clue as to the shipping time, but I'm sure that you could get one in the US for the same price or less. Back in the mid 80s I got one for $50 CAD (about $35 USD) at the local Radio Shack.
