What is the best cellphone under $200?

I have a Sony Ericsson T616 and its been awesome, however I feel its time to upgrade. I have looked at the Motorola Razr, but its like $400 without the 2 year contract and since I already have a plan with Cingular, I cant get the 2 year contract with the phone. Or can I get the phone cheaper any other way?

Maybe the Samsung P207 is the best choice? Anything else?

I want all the regular features, like camera and web surfing, but I want a flip phone as well.

Please suggest something good. Also share your experiences and suggesstions.

The Motorola Razr was only $250 retail price ($50 or so with contract) at Best Buy on Sunday. May have been on sale because of memorial day, im not sure.

i saw it for 200.00 at cingular. they are coming out with a black one. the one now can see fingerprints all over it and such. thats what the lady told me lol. the razr phone im talking about.

Derelict, yes, Amazon.com is also selling the Razr without the contract for about $299. I might look at Best Buy if its cheaper.

knothead34, yes Cingular.com has the Razr for $200 but its with a contract. So that is definately out of the question.

Do you guys think the Samsung P207 is a good phone? It does look good and has good features. But I believe that the phone is available only online and requires a 2 year contract. Sheesh.

I'm open to all suggestions, but remember I already have a plan with Cingular and want a phone with no contract.

I have the Motorola v551 with Cingular and I'm happy with it. They came out at the same time as the V3 and probably would be real cheap by now with rebates and what-not.

Audiovox 5600. It used to be an ATT phone but now it's Cingular. It's supposedly the smallest smartphone made. It's got windows mobile with WMP10, syncs with my work email, takes miniSD cards and it overall a cool phone. Amazon had them like free after rebate a while ago but it should be under $200 new now.

The Samsung should be a good phone. The screen is, I think, 262k colors TFT so its got the latest technology available. EDGE, higher than average memory and right now at $99 with 2-year contract. I think its one of the best bang for the buck you can get.

If you don't want the contract, check the For sale/trade forums or hit Ebay.
Lots of GSM phones going around and for good prices too.
