What is the best CD-R for laptops?

Something USB would be the way to go. I've only seen 4X models so far. I use the HP cd-writer 8230e and it's very good. It's 4X/4X/6X and I've yet to have a coaster.

I've also heard good things about the Sony Spressa. They specs appear identical.
