CD Stomper works pretty well. I have one at work. It's the only one I used, but it's been perfect every time.

I have both the CD Stomper and the Fellowes/Neato. IMHO, the Neato software/labels system is more completed, but the applicator is rather crude. The CD Stomper applicator is great, but I find the software a bit difficult to use ... although it is very comprehensive.

If you want to try it, I'll sell you the CD Stomper software, 100 CD labels and the Neato applicator for $15

I use this one called 'CD Label Applicator' (Great name, huh!).

It cost 1.99, and it's fantastic. Doesn't come with any software, but most burning software does, so that's not really a problem.

The SureThing is the full version of the software that comes with CD Stomper. The most important difference is that it works with any brand label. The CD Stomper version includes only the CD Stomper label templates. But $39 is pretty steep. Neato is now offering MediaFace II for free. It does almost everything that the CD Stomper labeler does, but again includes templates only for Neato labels.

SureThing also gives you the ability to aquire (scan) an image from within the program. Strongly recommend this product. I even purchased the upgrade to SureThing from my free stomper software that came with my CDR.

I have both CD Stomper and Neato. I found Neato to be easier to use and understand. The neato allowed me to scan a picure and paste it on the label template. The software that came with the CD Stomper was difficult to manipulate and the directions were not much help.

Thanks for the advice you guys. SureThing and the CD Stomper appear to have the good feedback. CompUSA is selling the Stomper for $10 after rebate this week, so I might settle with it.

What image formats do these products accept?

I use a permant marker..

and am only replying to say that I think that ravedave must be a real ass to jump into calling someone a moron so quick. Do we really need that in these forums? Pardon my language, but people like him really drag things down here.
