What is the best brand of Matcha?

By "best" brand of matcha, I mean what is one of the better quality brands that is not uber expensive.

By "best" place to buy it on the net, I mean have you ordered stuff from them before or are they a web site generally known to be reliable such as Amazon.com.
 
Unsweetened (for traditional tea ceremonies) or sweetened (for making a cold drink)?

For sweetened I like Gyokuroen's Green Tea, I've only seen it once or twice in Japanese stores and never online.

For unsweetened I like the Kitagawa brand. My grandmother had a license to teach so I learned from her and now the only time I practice is when I'm pulling an all nighter.
