What is the best BRAND of Jasmine rice? What is the best BRAND of Basmati rice?

Rice is so inexpensive I am sure one can buy just about the most expensive best quality Basmati and Jasmine rice for less than a buck a pound. So, what is the best of the best?
Tilda?
Double Elephant?
Golden Pheonix?

Tilda Basmati! I remember their commercial jingles heh.

I think we use either Elephat or Tilda at home. I personally can't tell the difference, its all about how its prepared.
