what is the best board for my system?

i ordered X2 4400,
2 sata HDD (250 gb each),
1gb kingston hyperx KHX3200ULK2/1gb
Thermltake purepower 560W
Thermaltake XaserIII v1000+

i still need a motherboard, i will have a pci-express 7800gtx
so what is the best motherboard for this system?

MSI K8N Neo4 SLI for normal duties.
DFI SLI-DR for overclocking.

what about DFI lan party Ultra-D?
or should i go with the SLI version?

Sli has a few more things but other than that no. Just get the ultra if you are not gonna do sli.
