what is the best board for a thunderbird system?

I am going to build a thunderbird system but am undecided what board to use. Iwas looking at the Abit KT7 but I dont know. Any Idea or suggestions. What has the best bang for the buck??

Are you going to overclock? if so then probably the new MSI K7T PRO2 board,if not then the standard MSI K7T PRO board very stable IMHO ,mine is 10 weeks old giving no problems period.

Thanks Mem, I would have missed that. I am new to this whole thing but I want to get the best sytem for my time and money. I also am going to step into the overclocking world with this system. I like what I read on that review, maybee I will head that way. Thanks again.
