What is the best Bluetooth headset for mobile phones

I have the old Motorola HS850. It works fine, but I want something more comfortable. There are so many choices these days with bluetooth headsets that I don't know where to begin. Does anyone have any suggestions as to what the best one is? I see the Jawbone got stellar reviews across the net. Has anyone used it first hand? How comfortable is it with extended usage. Typically I wear my headset for 12+ hours at a time and find that on occation my current headset flaps around my head and/or it becomes a bit uncomfortable around my ear.

If anyone has some suggestions I'd appreciate hearing them.

jawbone headset is the best, but you gotta try it on to see if it will fit your ear nicely!

how can you try it on? I mean it's always just inside the packaging
