I would recommed McAfee VirusScan. Norton is good though. As is Panda Antivirus - a much cheaper option.

Doesn't Norton require you to pay for virus definitions or it nags you?

I like AVG.

I haven't used it myself but AVG is supposed to be great (and free) for home use.

For enterprise/corporate I wouldn't use anything but Symantec Antivirus (formerly Norton).

for me, norton is the probably the best.. it got weekly updates.
