What is the best and cheapest Video Card with TV-Out

Well, I just got one of them there K6-2 300 Systems, now I need to get a video out card that is inexpensive and is easy to use. It could be PCI or AGP I really don't care... I just want to be able to output video to my TV (don't care what hookups) easily and without a monitor. Please share your wisdom with me, I'm not that up on the TV-Out features of the vidcards.

Just get the least expensive ATI Radeon model you can find that has TV-out. A Radeon VE should be $60 or less.
