I am going to buy a 1 TB SSD for my laptop, I have 2 bays for hard drives on my laptop so I am thinking of replacing my Seagate 1 TB HDD 5400 RPM but don't know which is the best 7200 RP one to go for and if would be worth it?

If your primary device is a SSD, then I would keep the 5400 RPM one, since it uses less power, and generates less heat.

Probably the Seagate Constellation, but not worth the extra cost IMHO for a storage drive if you're already rockin a 1TB ssd.
