Natural Flat tube(mitsubishi)...anything with that....actually I'm just partial cuz I have a 900NF. Anything that looks best to you is the best monitor for you. To me....All the new FDtron and and NF tubes look similar to me...but I'm just partial to the 900NF cuz I have one.

Dude, you can get a 21&quot; Sony CPD-G500 for about ~$700 at BUY.COM! This monitor is TOP NOTCH with a GORGEOUS picture! I should know, I have one. But I paid $1000+ for mine awhile back. You get this bad boy and you won't have any complaints.

Dude, just get a Samsung 1200NF, and call it a day. The debate between Trinitron vs. Diamondtron NF can go on for years. They've each got their strong points and weak points, but unless you're some anal wacko, you're not going to be even slighty disappointed with either one.

I prefer Diamondtron NF tubes because I have noticed the two tiny gray lines that run across every Trinitron tube (it is noticable against any light-->white colored background) and I think the NF tubes look just as good without the annoying little lines.

I just bought a Samsung 955DF. Not a bad monitor for the price. I had a 19' before but this is great.

isnt it kinda sucky with a huge monitor? I have a 17 incher right now and it sucks I dont know to me it kinda seems weird to think of such a huge monitor and looking at it can somebody tell me there experiences with the Samsung 1200NF and what monitro is better the Samsung 1200NF or the Sony CPD-G500 besides the screen size.

CRT, either a sony trinitron based unit, or a similar Mitzu.

LCD, SGI 1600SW, have a friend that has one at work,(web developer, lucky bastard, i hate being a network guy) my god is it nice..

A Samsung 1200NF or Sony G500/G520

I'd take the Samsung 1200NF becuase it's just as nice in my eyes and cheaper. Most graphics professionals I know like the Sonys a little more.

But I can't tell the difference, and the Samsung is cheaper.

get a Sony CPD-G500, i own one and the picture quality is AWESOME!!!.
the two scan lines you see are hardly noticeable.
Those lines are worth it for the quality you get. absolutely amazing.
