What is the absolute minimum

Off the ground *maybe* a quarter, maybe not. I'd bend down to pick up a dollar.

I'd leave a $10 bill in the bowl though for sure.

There was a local news story here years ago about how money in the area had a disturbing amount of cocaine embedded in it. Handling cash during business transactions and so forth.

LOL, I always see ghetto people at mc donalds hold money with their mouthes. I just wanna ask them why they do that, but then I don't wanna look like an ass.
 
I generally pick up any money I see on the ground...

From a toilet bowl.. hmm.. I wouldn't bother with change.. a 1$ bill would be questionable.. I'd probably go for a 5 tho..
