What is the about:config to disable websites from locking the browser?

So, we all know about the malicious "you have a virus" "we're going to lock your computer" sites. They lock your browser so that you can't go to another tab, you can't close the tab, and you can't close the browser. To close this malicious site, you literally have to kill the firefox process.

But you know what, I've also been noticing bank websites doing this. You sign in, and then all of a sudden, you can't open a new window or tab. You can navigate only in that one tab so long as you're signed in.

I'm getting tired of websites taking it upon themselves to decide what I should be allowed to do with my browser. So, it's time to disable this functionality.
Does anyone know the about:config setting that I can change that will prevent websites from being able to lock my browser?
