What is the 4-pin power connector used for?

The 4-pin disk drive power connector on the NF4 motherboards....what is it used to power?

The motherboard I bought did not say it was used for anything....but there has to be a reason it is there....

If you are talking about the "floppy style" power connecter - like the one on DFI boards - you need to make sure it's plugged in if you have 2 vid cards in SLI. If you only have one vid card, you don't need it- but it doesn't hurt. I just plug all power connecters in- why not?
