what is that half notebook half PDA by HP called?

A while ago I saw a few of these things. They are like mini mini subnotebooks....... the have a wide color screen thats ~6" and they fold up and have a keyboard, anyone know what these are called? they were made by HP and i'm not sure if they make em anymore...any help would be appreciated........
 
if you thinking what I'm thinking the were out around the time of WinCE 2.0 I think the model number was 620 something not sure. don't beleave anything like them are made anymore. Tablet PCs have kinda taken over the market they were in.

edit: that NEC one looks nice too~ do these use full size kb's?
