What is that 3M "Rubber Spray" stuff called?

I'm planning on building a watercooling system, and even though it won't be a peltier-cooled system, I'm looking for some of that rubber spray stuff that I've seen used to prevent condensation in peltier-cooled setups. I think it'll look cool to make everything red
Anyway, what I've seen comes in a can like spray paint and applies the same way. Anyone else heard of it?

I think you are talking about the new spray on condom from 3M called something like condom in a can.
