Hi guys, I was looking at the OCZ6001024EEPE-K memory, and it's says it's 100% TCCD, what does it means?

Thanks!

TCCD are very good chips.

Assuming it's on the Brainpower PCB it should do 260++ fsb easy.

Many get 280, 290, or even 300 fsb.

The timmings are usually 2.5-3-3 or 2.5-4-4.

I forgot to mention they need less than 2.8V most of the time.

Almost any motherboard supports that voltage.

the reason why they say guaranteed tccd is because some of their plat rev2 pc3200 now use samsung tcc5... that's my only guess as to why they'd say guaranteed (100%)...

tccd is actually originally ddr500, they speed binned them to find the ones that would run 2-2-2-x@200, its made by samsung, this is why some can do 260-290, thats not that much of an overclock for 250 quality ram, jedec never officially sanctioned ddr500

I have that RAM, great stuff. The RAM is rated 2.5-4-4-10 @ 300mhz on 2.85v. I can hit 300mhz @ 2.5-4-3-5 on 2.8v.

However, I am going to 2gb. If you're interested in my pair, send me a pm.
