Being the resident Anandtech knife freak I am interested if any of you seriously technical dudes know anything about this material?

Talonite bladed knife

So far I know it is a Cobalt and Chromium alloy metal. Can't say steel because there aint much there.

The knife in the pic is a custom from my professional knifemaking friend but I figured maybe one of you guys could give me the technical scoop on this blade material?
