<< What is "TAB" soda made by coca colla company?
its like 2.69 for a six pack at the store...wtf is it so expensive for? >>
B/c so few people drink it anymore, but it has a bizarre and religious niche following. Coca Cola continues to sell it to this relatively small market, but they hardly drive a profit from it, so it's rather expensive.
Tab's been around since the 70s I think. I remember that my sister loved this stuff. I could choke it down if it was warm Nice medicine taste though. They still using saccharine in it?
Saccharine sweetened diet soda. Comes in a pink can. Choice drink of anyone in dance arts (my aunt knocks back these things like they were Buds). Better than Nutra-Sweet shiat.
Tab is soooo good. It's got a nice, harsh taste. I can't find it locally, but whenever I'm in Madison at the grocery store, I pick up a couple of 12-packs.
Good, I'm glad somebody cleared this date thing up. This was one of the fountain drinks that we could choose from in High School (and I graduated in the Mid '80s!) I remember seeing it *way* before then.
I like Tab because it had saccharine (sp?) in it. Better than NutraSweet, and I think it has a good taste, not harsh like people here says is does. Well, to each their own!
