I bought a Netgear wireless router just over a month ago at Staples and it appears to be not working. See this thread for details on that if anyone can help? 🙂
Anyway, as far as I can tell, the router is busted so I want to exchange it but it's past the 30 day return time at Staples. If I want to do an exchange and not return it, what is Staples' policy on that? The UPC has been removed for the rebate. Basically, will I be able to take care of this at Staples or will I have to end up calling Netgear and having them sort it out? Thanks.
