what is something easy to cook that goes well with Sriracha sauce?

I just bought a new bottle of the Sriracha Hot Chili Sauce and I'm dying to put it on something for a tasty bite.

I had sausages which I cooked, bought some italian bread, put the sauce on the sausage and ate.

Any other simple dishes to make?

i dunno that shit goes on just about anything. i usually only use it if the dish is really bland...

if im cooking myself i include enough spice that it wont be required.

That stuff is GOOD! I use it on eggs, in fried potatos, in soups, my wife adds it to meatloaf, to her chicken strip breading, all sorts of stuff...

sounds awesome in meatloaf

I just buy chicken parts (whatever is your favorite part) and cover them with sriracha and roast them in the oven at 400f until the meat reaches 165f. Spicy goodness.

Sriracha? I just call it cock sauce and yes, I do still find it amusing to ask if someone wants some cock sauce.

It goes pretty well with almost everything. Instant ramen to add a little bit of spice, pork chops even.

If you cannot instantly think of 1000 things to do with Sriracha you have no business even owning Sriracha. Turn in your man card and get some Jasmine Tea.

list the 1000 things you can with Sriracha or never make that kind of claim again

It's just hot sauce. Try it on eggs, tacos, pizza, fried chicken...anything you would normally use tabasco on.

Eggs, stir-fried vegetables, noodle soup... anything that is kinda bland.

I've also mixed it with some tomatoes, garlic, basil, and olive oil in a pan to make a quick and easy puttanesca-type sauce.
