Does anyone know what a safe overclocking speed for an AMD Sempron 3300+ processor, I have a gigabyte K8 Triton mobo and 768 gig of ram. How fast could I go and how should I go about doing it and keeping an eye on it. Just to make sure that everything will stay working properly. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Sorry if this question has already been asked, I just couldn't find it if it had been.

speedfan for monitoring temps, cpuz for checking misc. info, use ht frequency 3, put your ram to 100 and crank the fsb.

have you ever oc'ed before? (if not, be very careful. lol)

A64 Guide (best place to start)
Zebo's A64 OC'ing Guide

A general rule of thumb when overclocking the Semprons is not push the voltage over 0.10v-0.15v above the stock voltage (in your case, that would put the maximum CPU voltage at 1.55v) and try to keep the 100% load temperature around 50C or below.

Using the guides above, it's best to isolate individual components (CPU, RAM, motherboard, HTT) and try to find the maximum overclock you can get with each one of them. Then, knowing the maximum values for each, it's easy to figure out the best combination for your system.

Do the guides that you have shown me show me how to overclock everything? I haven't had a chance to look at the sites yet, since I am trying to work on the internet speed on that computer first. But if they don't, is their a site that explains how to OC everything and do it safely.
