What is Runservice.exe and where did it come from?

I'm assuming some sort of spyware or back door or something I've never seen before. Ad-Aware and Spybot didn't flag it, and I'm working on a virus check now. It seems mundane enough, but I've never seen it in the process list before.

I checked google already - and I can't read german.

It is an eLicense service which was installed with a piece of software.

The website I posted was found with a simple google search. It was the 2nd web page listed.
