What is recommened for ABIT KA7 and Athlon 800 Memory for OC

What memory will work best for OC'ing in an KA7 and 800 motherboard.
Memman.com does not know. Mosel Vitalic v2 seems the best, but will it work best with KA7?
 
I'm using mushkin budget PC 133 right now, running at 153mhz (115mhz FSB + 38mhz PCI) CAS 3 (its ONLY rated for PC 133 @ CAS 3 - though mine was running at CAS 2 @ 133mhz). Its unusual to get too far above 110 mhz FSB, so the RAM won't be that much of an issue in OC, just OC the FSB as much as possible, and get a GFD
