If she says she no longer wants your penis in her, just take it out, and finish yourself.

"Baby don't hurt me, don't hurt me, no more"

Damn, that's eerily accurate.

"His group has created a "consensual sex contract" to be signed before intercourse."

oh how romantic!

If the law doesn't recognize a woman's right to say no during sex, they say, there is no recourse for a woman who begins to feel pain or who learns her partner isn't wearing a condom or has HIV
i wonder how often the 3rd happens?

'oh baby i'm about to give you my HIV oh yeah uh uh'

When the California Supreme Court handed down a ruling in 2003 that codified the withdrawal of consent during sex, Justice Janice Rogers Brown, the lone dissenter, raised that very question.
someone buy this author a dictionary. courts don't codify things.

I'd say as soon as either partner says stop, it should stop. It's no longer consentual.

But the first one could easily happen.

It's when a girl wakes up in the morning feeling dirty about her slutty acts the night before.

I am so glad I'm not single anymore. I mean would you have to carry sex waivers around with you when you hit the clubs/bars?

I don't like the language that is always used, the whole articles assumes that it is a man who is the agressor, and the woman who must be protected. This is not always true, especially when you get into the real gray areas. The biggest one for me is that if a man and a woman are drunk and they have sex this means the man raped the woman. Even if you though you had consent, you can still be screwed over. The other one is the statutory rape laws where maybe 2 high school kids have sex, and it turns out that it is defined as rape due to their ages. At the very least these types of "rape" shoudl carry considerably less punishment than the more violent type that most people probably think of.

How did they get that evidence?

the girl.

she filed a rape charge. the courts said as soon as she said no he should have pulled out.

I agree with you in a way but why would someone consent to sex and than change their mind? And according to Maryland and North Carolina law:

But in Maryland--as well as in North Carolina--when a woman says yes, she can't take it back once sex has begun--or, at least, she can't call the act rape.

Wonder how that would work? What would it be called if not rape? Non-consensual sex? Where is the line drawn on rape?

Maybe something isn't going right, something changes, or doesn't feel right...

The accuser and the defendant agree that after he began to penetrate her and she wanted him to stop, he did so within a matter of seconds and did not climax. ........... They convicted the defendant of first-degree rape, among other sex offenses.

She asked him to stop. He stopped. And is now serving jail time for rape!?! WTF!?! These ultra-feminists need to DIAF.
