I've been seeing a memory type called PC150. I know about PC100, PC133, PC1600, and PC2100, but where did PC150 come from and what motherboards support it?

Thanks,

PC150 is just memory that has been tested to run at 150 FSB without any problems.

There are no official specifications for defining PC150 memory, therefore it doesn't exist ... officially. It's simply PC133 that will
run at 150mhz.

As for motherboards that support it, make sure the one you get or have can reach 150Mhz Front Side Bus or else it's moot to use a PC150 rated RAM on it. Also, be sure your AGP, PCI, USB, ISA, etc peripherals can handle overclocked speeds.
