What is "pay by draft"?

So I have a bill here that is either pay quarterly by check or M.O. or pay monthly "by draft" WTF is that? Is that were I send them a check and then it will be autowithdrawn?

OK. I was just wondering why it says check or M.O. for Quarterly but only "By Draft" for monthly. WTF, just say "Pay by check".
