What is (or was) for dinner?

I eat the same thing pretty much every day, but I enjoy what I eat. I keep it simple with baking, steaming, or simply eating things raw (not meat/fish).

I typically just put together a couple vegetables, fruits, and whatever else I have that happens to sound good. Tonight it was:

- Salmon. I marinated it in yogurt, dill, and a little lemon juice.
- Sea scallops.
- Asparagus.
- Carrots.
- Spinach.
- Tomato.

All organic if anyone cares. I eat pretty much this same thing every day, but mostly the salmon is replaced with a serious sandwich or another fish. The real highlight of the dinner was the wine: An '02 Mommessin Gevrey-Chambertin. A very special wine for the price.

Obligatory picture for ATOT. I feel silly taking a picture of my food, but that seems to be the trend lately.

What about you?

Pasta in a three cheese sauce and a side of broccoli.

I'm now sipping the last of my Calvados.

Pork Tenderloins, pounded out(really thin) breaded and deep fried as sandwiches. I'll be having 2, with all the fixings. Letus, tomato, catchup, mayo, pickle and onion.

And some water.
