what is normal CPU temp?

i just built my comp and turned it on and wonder what the normal temp for a 3.0 ghz 800fsb processor is on an abit ic-7 motherboard.
 
depends the heatsink/fan... mine runs at 56 idle and 61 full load with the heatsink/fan/thermalgrease that came with it.. exact same board/cpu ... im in the process of replacing that heatsink ;p
 
mine is 42-44 idle (one side intake, one exhaust), then i turn on 2 tornadoes at 7v intake and 2 other 80mm fan exhausting then itll be 39-41
load with two primes are 53>extra cooling>49-50


but with the stock hsf i'd get up to 70C load
