OK. I've been visiting the AnandTech forums for about a month and see comments like "Don't post if all you're going to do is nef." etc.

WTF does that mean?
Off the topic of the original thread?
Offensive/Attacking with nothing constructive?
Stupid?
Rehashing of someone else's post?
None of the above?
Any/all of the above?

As you can tell, I'm not very perceptive. Maybe I just need to be directed to the Forum's FAQ (which I can't seem to find either).
