I received an email and they basically said they have no information. I might try giving them a call. To be honest most of the small companies I've emailed have been very good at responding with detail suggestions/comments/feedback. G.Skill for example has given me countless very details suggestions and when a stick went bad they were very quick to replace it (ok off topic but a thumbs up to g.skill). Another thumbs up for response has been global-win. I'll probably buy the case from global-win but I prefer a black case without the plastic brazel and wanted to see if the ultra met this desire prior to purchase.
