what is multi angle processing?

I hope this is the right forum to ask this, but...

in dvd decrypter, there is an option for multi-angle processing (in file mode).

If I don't use this, will all the angles on the original dvd be saved?

That is my understanding. Instead of just decrypting the main angle, and saving time, it will decrypt it all.
