only thing helloproject+anime i can think of:
tanpopo (morning musume's ishiguro/iida/yaguchi), last kiss, ending for sorcerer stabber orphen.
melon kinenbi (other helloproject group), amai anata no aji, op or ending for orphen or orphen revenge.
miyoshi chinatsu (no longer with hello project), love, yes i do!, op or ending for orphen or orphen revenge.

mini moni (in mini hamster form), were in several hamutaro movies and did songs for them.
abe natsumi (in purin form), was in the latest hamutaro movie.

there was an episode of pokemon with the single idol. team rocket made their entrance wearing hello project clothes. jesse wearing tanpopo's oujisama to yuki no yoru, james wearing morning musume's the peace, meowth wearing mini moni's jankenpyon. they called themselves evening 3 nin musume. 🙂
there was a episode of galaxy angel 2 where they did parodies of 3 nin matsuuri and mini moni's telephone ring ring ring. instead it was mini gala tazer zap zap zap. 🙂

i'm sure i'm missing some stuff, i'll edit if i remember more.

i spend too much money on morning musume/hello project goods to be able to afford cosplaying 🙁
that and the fact it would be kinda weird for a big guy to dress up as mini moni or girly outfits. 🙂
