In reference to looking at the chest of a lady when talking to her...that's an interesting one.

If a guy is talking to a girl..and he feels really shy...and thinks he isn't "worthy" looking at her face, then he won't look at her face, but unfortunately, his eye sight
might go down in a worse place (ie the chest). Been there in the past. Didn't realize I saw doing something 'wrong' till I actually did look at her face and saw her
really angry.

However, looking at a lady right in the face....and never looking at her chest when talking...she'll respect you much more that way.

In any case...back to the two choices....can't really say since I'm not a girl, but girls tend to get really pissed when they see themselves as a "sexual object" in your eyes.

I would be offended and think the guy was rude and perverted if he did #1. Plus I would stop talking to him and walk away.

If he did #2, it would depend on the guy. In general, though, assuming it's an average-kinda guy, I'd take it as a compliment provided he didn't pull #1 or something similar to it. (That would tell me that he's not perverted or rude, but was trying to 'politely' check me out - which I suppose would be 2 points in his favor.) If, however, it was in a really inappropriate situation I might react the same as in the first one.

A man's body and a woman's body are quite different when it comes to this. Guys are allowed to run around in public with their shirts off. Women are not. There's a reason for it.

As a person of the female gender I have to say that both of them are degrading on the males part. but if you just can't help yourself (which seems to be a prob. for alot of men) then choose to do number 2 , instead of number 1.
