what is Metamucil? anyone take it?

my sister asked me to buy some for her when I go back home during the holidays,
I was in a store saw
Original/Smooth Texture
Regular/Orange Flavour
Sugar/ Sugarfree...

which one I should buy? any personal opinion on which one is better?

Metamucil is a laxative. It's one of the natural laxatives consisting of fiber. I'd go for the orange flavor. The stuff is pretty gritty, but it works well.

and the Smooth Texture would less Gritty than Original Texture?

get her citricul its better, not so gritty, it is a source of dietary fiber, cleans your pipes out
