What is lower than ATOT

Any car forum with modding as its main focus. Video game forums in general can be bad. The gran turismo forums at gtplanet.net are an exception.

car forums, general video game forums like ign (game-specific boards especially for MMO's are good though).

Plus I submit AT's distributed computing and highly technical forums anf their combined 4.7 + 1/pi members. 😛
