what is kill bill about?

Anybody know the plot of this movie without giving spoilers? Every review I read has all these spoilers built-in. The trailer gives no details about the plot either.

One of the characters is dressed like Kato from Green hornet too. It's the little in-jokes like this that are gonna make this movie rock.
