I hate to keep repeating, but none of the links give a clue as to the nomenclature of what multifunction printer you bought, and from whom. What is the brand, model, and source you bought it from?

OK - as near as I can tell, they are interface modules for fax and Ethernet connectors. That I-Sensys printer is supposed to have Wi-Fi, fax and Ethernet connection capabilities. Did these come in the package/box? Is there any reference in the User Manual? I believe that the Canon Telephone Kit 6 is also included in the package.

Yes. exist in printer box.

Unfortunately,For this module don't have any instruction and description in user manual 🙁

If they came in the original printer box, there should be a packing list of all the contents. Sometimes it is on an obscure label on the printed box - sometimes in a document. Why not call the OEM and ask them?
